if you look closely, she’s a robot. the most advanced one japan ever made. that bracelet thingy on her right upper arm helps her swing her arm since the right arm requires more movement. the big ribbon is some kind of a satellite so that they can control her from afar using a computer. gloves are used to cover her hands because there is not enough artificial skin to cover her robotic appearance and also to help her hold the mic with a much steadier grip.
